| In recent years,with the increasing demand for Chinese medicine,small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces with better quality and easier storage have gradually entered the market,beginning to replace traditional bulk Chinese medicine and widely used in major and medium-sized hospitals.However,in the current major hospitals,for small packages of Chinese medicine decoctions,manual grabbing and deployment methods are mostly used.This type of grasping and deployment model relying on "manual walking,climbing ladders,and counting packages" is very inefficient and has a great risk of "counting errors",which cannot meet the efficiency and accuracy requirements of hospitals and patients.Therefore,we have designed and implemented an automatic dispensing system for small packages in response to the urgent need in the market for the automatic deployment of small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces,In order to improve the degree of automation of traditional Chinese medicines,the efficiency and accuracy of prescription preparation,and save labor costs for hospitals,reduce waiting time for patients,and provide references for the modernization of Chinese medicine rooms.This article has developed an automatic medicine grab robot based on suction cup array,combined with RD-2 semi-automatic medicine searching medicine cabinet device to form a small package automatic medicine dispensing intelligent medicine cabinet.It can realize automatic dispensing of small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces.The medicine cabinet adopts vacuum adsorption technology,which can be grabbed for any size of bulk medicine bags,which is more universal;the multi-sucker array grabbing medicine has strong grasping ability and high dispensing efficiency;A recursive least square estimation algorithm is used to process the weighing signal and reduce the weighing time.And then adopts the dynamic weighing strategy of multi-sucker array sucking medicine combined with weighing sensor measurement,which makes the metering and dispensing efficiency higher.Based on the intelligent medicine cabinet,this paper also designs and implements a dispensing computer system.The intelligent medicine cabinet automatic medicine dispensing mechanism can accurately and quickly deliver the required medicine bags according to the control requirements of the upper computer,and combine the conveyor belt to complete the dispensing work.Seamlessly connect the automatic dispensing and dispensing of prescriptions in the hospital to achieve the integration of automatic dispensing and dispensing of prescriptions.This article focuses on the design and implementation of the intelligent medicine cabinet,and details the design and implementation process of the embedded system of the intelligent medicine cabinet.It mainly includes mechanical design,gas circuit design,hardware circuit design and software design.And briefly discusses the design and implementation process of the dispensing computer system,and completes the system test,and finally realizes the automation and integration of dispensing of small packages of traditional Chinese medicine,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of dispensing. |
