Research On The Synergy Effect Of BYD Industry-finance Integration

With the changes of the times,China’s economy has gradually entered the stage of high-quality development,and the combination of industry and finance has become an important way for many enterprises to achieve strategic transformation and upgrading.As a new business field in the financial industry,financial leasing has been chosen by more and more enterprises as a way to combine production and finance.Therefore,this paper selects BYD as the research object to analyze how BYD realizes the combination of industry and finance and the synergistic effect of BYD’s combination of industry and finance.Based on this,this paper firstly collates the relevant literature and analyzes the specific realization path of the synergy effect of industry-financing combination.Secondly,BYD is used as a case study to analyze the combination of industry and finance and the synergy effect.This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of the industry-financing combination for BYD,starting from the motivation of the industry-financing combination and the background of the industry in which BYD is located.Next,BYD’s participation in financial leasing enterprises is used as a specific case to analyze in detail the synergistic effect of industry-finance combination through financial leasing,and the effect of the synergistic effect of industry-finance combination is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using financial indicators.Finally,on this basis,the shortcomings of the current industry-financing combination are identified and suggestions are put forward for the shortcomings.Through the analysis of BYD,this paper finds that the combination of production and finance through financial leasing has good performance in financial synergy,operational synergy and management synergy,which is manifested in improving enterprise profitability,reducing enterprise cost and increasing enterprise market share.At the same time,it is also found that BYD has internal risks of related transactions,monotonous model,insufficient talent pool and lack of overall planning for the integration of industry and finance.Therefore,the group should pay attention to improve the control system of the enterprise in the process of industry-financing combination,so as to reduce the possible risks in the process of industry-financing combination.In addition,enterprises should pay attention to strengthen the talent pool within the group and gradually enrich the mode of industry-financing combination with the development of the group,so that the industry-financing combination can better serve the development of the group.
