The development of society always comes at the expense of resources.In recent years,people have established the consciousness of sustainable development in constant reflection.Solar photovoltaic field of new energy has become a new hot topic in the field of many scholars.After years of development,solar photovoltaic technology has been improved,And all countries in the world have introduced subsidy policies to support the development of their own photovoltaic industry.The global photovoltaic industry has shown an unprecedented trend of rapid development.At the same time,the market competition in the photovoltaic industry has become more fierce,and the market share has begun to concentrate on the dominant enterprises.For China’s photovoltaic enterprises,it is becoming more and more important to formulate reasonable enterprise development strategies to help them gain advantages in the fierce market competition in the context of good international development prospects and the trend of market share concentration towards dominant enterprises.Longji stake is a monocrystalline silicon chip manufacturing enterprise with monocrystalline silicon as raw material.The company established the enterprise strategic positioning of "specialized single crystal manufacturer" and was listed on the Shanghai stock exchange in 2012,then choose "low debt,high income,low distribution" sound financial strategy.Since 2013 it has been on a par with rival CMC magnetics,to the financial indicators achieve full beyond 2018,How to choose the type of enterprise financial strategy to stand out in the fierce market competition is a problem worthy of in-depth study by other photovoltaic enterprises.The theoretical basis of this paper is enterprise strategic management theory and financial strategy theory,the strategy management plan and financial strategy implementation effect of longji stock enterprise are analyzed concretely,the longji shares financial situation has carried on the thorough analysis,and the problems existing in longji shares are put forward.Combined with longji stake in the future development direction are put forward according to the existing problems of its current reasonable optimization Suggestions.Through the study of this paper,the following three conclusions are drawn.Firstly,the relationship between corporate financial strategic management and corporate strategic management is demonstrated.Secondly,it demonstrates the importance of core competitiveness for photovoltaic enterprises.Thirdly,through the analysis of longji’s corporate strategy and financial strategy,I hope it can be helpful to other photovoltaic enterprises.
