| Prefabricated steel structure buildings are widely used in many developed countries because of their advantages such as fast material production speed,short construction period,light weight,high strength and good seismic performance.In recent years,according to the transformation and upgrading requirements of the construction industry,the construction industry and government departments have a positive attitude towards the prefabricated steel structure buildings,and constantly promote the development of the prefabricated steel structure buildings through policy encouragement and industry research and development.But the development time of assembled steel structure construction in our country is short,and the experiences of construction and management are relatively insufficient,which may bring the quality hidden dangers.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the quality risk of prefabricated steel structure engineering objectively and take corresponding control measures.The quality risks of prefabricated steel structure engineering project were studied in this thesis.Firstly,the relevant theories of engineering quality management were summarized,and the quality risks and risk characteristics of different stages of engineering were analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of referring to a large number of literatures,this thesis summarized the risk factors affecting the quality of prefabricated steel structure engineering,used the method of expert interview to screen the risk factors,and established the quality risk evaluation index system of prefabricated steel structure engineering.The system contains 4 secondary indexes and 25 tertiary indexes.Then,the quality risk assessment model of prefabricated steel structure engineering was established by using multi-level grey evaluation method.Finally,the prefabricated steel structure engineering quality risk assessment model was used to analyze the project of a high school in Suqian.Experienced experts in the industry were invited to score the weight of each evaluation index.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index,and the consistency test was carried out.After passed the test,the multi-level gray evaluation method was used to evaluate the quality risk of a high school project in Suqian,and finally conclude that the overall quality risk level of the project was medium risk.And the evaluation results were analyzed in depth.Finally,based on the idea and content of quality risk prevention of prefabricated steel structural engineering,and according to the evaluation results,targeted suggestions were put forward for quality risk prevention of the project in the design stage,component manufacturing stage,transportation stage and construction stage.In this thesis,based on the characteristics of prefabricated steel structure buildings and the characteristics of engineering quality risk factors,a quality risk assessment model of prefabricated steel structure engineering was established by combining theory and practice,and combining qualitative and quantitative methods,so as to carry out risk assessment,tried to help a high school project in Suqian avoid possible risks in the construction process,and at the same time provided a reference for the quality risk assessment of similar prefabricated steel structure engineering projects. |
