With the development of aerospace products in the direction of light weight,miniaturization,precision and mechatronics,cable harness wiring has become an important factor affecting the assembly of mechatronic products.Cable harness wiring become a technical problem due to the narrow internal space of complex electromechanical products,the large number of connectors,the narrow cable harness wiring space,the concentrated distribution of cable harness and the comple x topology of cable harness.There are many problems in current engineering application whether the traditional hand-wiring or computer auxiliary wiring technology.In order to improve the wiring efficiency and quality of three-dimensional cable harness,this paper takes aerospace complex electromechanical products as the object,and carries out research on related technologies of three-dimensional cable harness wiring process planning.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the requirements of three-dimensional cable harness wiring process planning,a system framework of three-dimensional cable harness wiring process planning system for complex electromechanical products is proposed,and the research method and technical route are designed.It provides a theoretical and technical basis for the development of a three-dimensional cable harness wiring process planning system for complex electromechanical products.(2)Corresponding relationship between endpoint-to-location of three-dimensional cable wiring of complex electromechanical products is studied.To solve the problem that the low efficiency and error-prone of manual search for the corresponding relationship of endpoint-to-location between cable endpoints and electrical connector’s wiring positions in complex mechatronic products,an automatic extraction method for corresponding relationship between endpoint-to-location of cable wiring based on coordinate system guidance is proposed.By establishing the endpoint coordinate system of cable harness and the position coordinate system of electrical connectors,then transform the endpoint coordinate system of cable harness and the position coordinate system of electrical connectors.And extracted the corresponding relationship of endpoint-to-location between the cable and the electrical connectors based on coordinate system guidance.Finally,this method is used to extract the corresponding relationship between endpoint-to-location of cable wiring of certain phased array radar,and the extraction efficiency is improved.(3)In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and easy repeatability of three-dimensional cable harness wiring,a cable harness wiring sequence planning method based on the individual perturbation mutation particle swarm algorithm is proposed.Particles are discretized on the basis of traditional particle swarm algorithm,and the individual perturbation mutation search mechanism is introduced to improve the global search ability and optimization performance of the algorithm.Finally,three kinds of standard testing functions are chosen to test the proposed algorithm,and the proposed algorithm is successfully applied in the process of cable harness wiring for certain phased array radar.(4)The research on simulation of 3D cable visual laying process was carried out.The internal space of complex electromechanical products is limited.During the cable harness wiring process,the structural parts will block the cable position information and the electrical component interface,causing faults such as inaccurate cable laying and poor contact.First,based on the bounding box technology,a three-dimensional cable harness wiring process view was created.Then,based on the process view,the key pictures of the process of each cable harness group wring were intercepted,the picture was made into an animation of three-dimensional cable harness wiring based on persistence of vision,improved the efficiency of a three-dimensional cable harness wiring.(5)Based on the above research results,the CREO platform,CREO /TOOLKIT development tools and MFC related theories were used to develop a prototype system for three-dimensional cable harness wiring process planning for complex electromechanical products,and the methods and technologies presented in this article were verified with examples.
