Study On The Rural Reconstruction Design Base On Characteristic Tourism

Rural construction and revitalization are the key points of national development.General Secretary Xi Jinping said that he would step out of the road of rural revitalization in China."Rural prosperity leads to national prosperity,while rural decline leads to national decline." Therefore,to seek the road of rural development and revitalization has become the mission of realizing rural values.Based on the research on the development trend of rural characteristic tourism,this paper analyzes the research methods such as field survey and network survey of Wanjia Village in Baixu Township and knows that Wanjia Village in Baixu Township has superior geographical location and natural environment,as well as characteristic industries Resources and rural memories,and there are also abundant characteristic tourism resources in the surroundings.However,due to the fact that young people have gone out to work and start businesses,the village has had problems such as vacant houses,dilapidated buildings,and almost stagnation in sericulture and other cultures.How to respond to the country ’s call by transforming the countryside and beautifying the environment,revitalizing the countryside,activating historical resources,inheriting the sericulture and mulberry culture,establishing a rural cultural and educational base,creating unique tourism,creating economic value,and attracting young people to return to their hometowns to become entrepreneurs Focus.Taking Wanjia village in Baiwei township of Jinxian County as the research object,taking the development of characteristic tourism as the goal,starting from the social motivation of rural reconstruction,this paper analyzes the elements of rural space design,and taking the principle of rural reconstruction as the basis,by using the design strategy and design method,the transformation design of Wanjia village in Baiwei township is carried out,focusing on the continuation of the local rural characteristic industrial culture and the excavation of the local characteristic tourism resources,so as to carry forward the rural culture and realize the development of rural areas.Based on the research and analysis of rural reconstruction design cases at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of rural reconstruction design,combines the development direction of rural transformation in our country,adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,and follows the principles of continuation of rural culture,protection of rural spatial features,restoration of rural architectural features,and combination of surrounding tourism resources.Through determining the scope of transformation,planning the overall functional layout and streamline,rebuilding and expanding rural buildings,and creating rural landscape node space design methods and means,Wanjia Village is transformed into a special tourist village with the functions of perfect entertainment and leisure supporting facilities,reasonable allocation of space resources,orderly development and construction organization,pleasant architectural features and scenery,and beautiful environment.Reasonable planning of rural ecological system,better play out the rural tourism characteristics,form a reasonable rural growth strategy,provide people with a variety of tourism experience space,so as to promote rural development and revitalization.to provide research materials for the rural revitalization of characteristic tourism.The research results of this paper play a positive role in promoting the development of rural culture,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,developing characteristic tourism and creating a "Jiangxi model" of beautiful China,and at the same time providing theoretical and practical reference for the design of rural transformation in China.
