Research On The Transformation Of Rural Houses Based On Tourism Perspective

In December 2017,the State issued the“Several Opinions on Regulating the Construction of Characteristic Towns and Characteristic Small Towns",and developed one of the roads that villages with tourist characteristics have become part of the village development.In the process of developing tourism-oriented villages,the transformation of rural housing has gradually become a hot topic of research.Different from the commonly-used "protective" and "local" rural house reconstruction methods,the transformation of tourism rural houses requires the improvement of various types of service facilities,as well as the addition of public spaces to meet the needs of tourists,and overall improvement of the quality of rural houses.The research on the transformation of tourism-style island farmhouses in China is mostly tropical and subtropical island farmhouses in the south,and the reconstruction of the northern tourist island farmhouses is basically blank.This paper takes Juhua Island of Huludao City as the research object,and conducts investigation and research on farm houses on the island through a combination of field research and theoretical research.The environment in Juhua Island is stable and the number of samples of farm houses is moderate,which is suitable for targeted research.Combine the natural resources of Juhua Island to conduct in-depth research on the status quo of rural homes in Juhua Island,the material structure,and problems in the use of farm houses.Analyze and summarize the needs of the aborigines and tourists on the island for the transformation of rural houses.Through analyzing the total overall planning of Juhua Island and the existing examples of rural housing renovation,summarize the problems encountered in the transformation.The transformation mainly aims at the needs of the farmhouses that have not yet been transformed on the island,and explores and transforms them from the current situation,style,tourist life requirements and local residents' living requirements,so that the transformed farm houses can meet the needs of tourism development and fully reflect the characteristics of local architecture.In turn,it will satisfy the development of the further tourism and bed and breakfast industry in Juhua.
