| The plane panel shape is a curved surface,in order for each hole to be able to follow the normal direction of the panel,it is necessary to adjust the position of the end actuator of the hole making.In this paper,a three-degree-of-freedom parallel pose adjusting mechanism is designed based on the Euler angle description method,and its motion model is calculated theoretically,which provides a theoretical reference for the end-effector pose adjusting.There are many factors affecting the quality of the hole making.The third chapter of this paper uses the control variable method to change the spindle speed(2000 r/min 、 3000r/min 、 4000r/min)and feed rate(0.02 mm/r 、0.04mm/r 、 0.06mm/r),respectively.The drilling force and tool temperature are simulated and the results are drawn into a broken line diagram.It can be seen from the results that the drilling axial force decreases with the increase of spindle speed and increases with the increase of feed rate;the tool temperature increases with the increase of spindle speed and increases with the increase of feed rate,but the effect of spindle speed on tool temperature is more significant.Most of the body damage occurs at the hole connection.In order to improve the fatigue resistance of the hole,this paper designs a three-petal bushing for cold extrusion equipment,which can be reused many times,and can be reset automatically after each use,so the cold extrusion equipment can be placed on the manipulator to realize large-scale automatic cold extrusion,which effectively improves the speed of cold extrusion.In this paper,the residual stress simulation and fatigue simulation of cold extrusion process are carried out by control method.The fatigue performance of holes with diameter of 5 mm increased by 25% while the diameter of holes with diameter of 8 mm、10mm、20mm at 6 of unilateral extrusion The improvement of fatigue performance is not obvious,indicating that for 7075 aluminum alloy,the cold extrusion process is only suitable for small holes,not for large holes.In this paper,the hole-making process is studied from the aspects of posture adjustment,hole-making process simulation analysis,design cold extrusion bushing and cold extrusion process fatigue simulation analysis,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn,hoping to play a certain reference significance for the aviation manufacturing industry in China. |
