| Airborne pod refers to the electronic equipment cabin installed or mounted on the motion carrier of aviation and space,which has the functions of detection,monitoring,tracking and information collection.In the development and reform of modern aviation military,the new fighter not only plays the role of the original air terminator,but also undertakes a variety of combat tasks such as electromagnetic interference,detection,beacon delivery and so on.In order to achieve the requirements of multi-functional combat,all kinds of airborne pod equipment came into being.In the process of fighter’s continuous take-off and landing and recombat,the pod must be replaced due to different combat mission requirements,which requires a set of fast,convenient and safe hoisting top hanging equipment to ensure.The take-off and redeployment efficiency of the main combat aircraft is the core factor of combat effectiveness.The backward mode of pod transportation and loading has become an important factor restricting the generation of combat effectiveness.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the pod transport and overhead protection equipment at home and abroad.Especially for the actual assembly support equipment of our army,the US Army and the Russian army,and compares and analyzes the characteristics and differences of the equipment in various countries.On this basis,the development trend of modern pod transportation and top hanging equipment is analyzed,and the conclusion that with the rapid development of science and technology,pod support equipment will inevitably further develop towards miniaturization,multi-functional integration,convenience and other characteristics is drawn.Secondly,aiming at a certain type of pod in China,according to the current design and functional requirements,this paper designs a multi-functional pod top hanging equipment.According to the mechanical system simulation technology,taking the pod transfer top trailer as the research object,the parts module of CATIA V5 engineering software is used to carry out the three-dimensional modeling of each component of the equipment,and the digital module assembly is carried out at the same time,and the design idea of each part is described.In this paper,the pod transfer top trailer has many advantages,such as miniaturization of shape,simple operation,integration of transportation and top hanging functions,etc.At the same time,it can solve the problem that some pod support equipment installed in domestic trains seriously affects the take-off efficiency of fighters.In addition,referring to the actual use of other types of support equipment,this paper makes a detailed calculation and analysis of the operation force and time required in the actual use of the pod transfer top trailer,which provides a reference for the actual use effect of the pod transfer top trailer designed in this paper.Finally,this paper uses the COMSOL finite element simulation software to simulate and analyze the designed top trailer of pod transfer,and obtains the natural frequency of each component of top trailer of pod transfer.Combined with the actual working conditions,the following conclusions are drawn: because the top trailer of pod transfer designed in this paper avoids the resonance problems caused by the possible factors such as pod vibration,the car body can maintain in the actual operation good stability.Meanwhile,the possible direction of the multi-functional development and the follow-up target of the related research are also discussed. |
