Aircraft power supply system plays a crucial role in the course of the safe operation of modern aircraft. Aircraft power is an important part of aircraft power supply system, and also an intermediate System transmitting its power to the electrical equipment. With the development of computer and electronic technology, the development of a new generation of aircraft will gradually replace it's hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical with electric systems. Meanwhile, in order to provide a more comfortable entertainment environment in-flight for passengers, the type and composition of airborne equipment will change a lot. In particular, with the emergence of more electric aircraft and all-electric aircraft concepts, airborne electronic equipment will have a rapid growing on civil aircraft and the impact of these devices on the power grid has become more and more serious. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of aircraft power grid, analyzing the compact of airborne electrical equipment on the aircraft power grid and launching measurement study have an important significance.Firstly, the domestic and foreign criteria on applicability of aircraft power and airborne electric equipment were researched. Secondly, limit parameters of airborne electrical equipment when accessed to aircraft electrical power requirements were analyzed to determine the mathematical model of steady-state and transient measurement. Finally, according to the test requirements of the relevant electrical parameters to be measured, the hardware circuit design was completed and the software was designed with the LabVIEW programming language. At last, the airborne electrical equipment adaptive testing system was successfully developed.After the testing system was designed, some processing means was adopted to reduce the error of testing system. A standard power source was also used to check the accuracy of the system. Comparing the test result the testing system has a high accuracy which provides a testing method and base for the airborne electrical equipment accessed to aircraft power grid.
