| Modern RV is mainly divided into two categories: self-propelled RV and Trailer Trailer RV.Self propelled RV is a multi-functional car,so the price is higher,but its mobility is strong,flexible and convenient to use.The price of the latter is lower than that of the former because it does not contain a cab or a main engine and can be towed by other vehicles.However,due to the limitation of the use mode of Trailer Trailer,it is very difficult to use pickup truck or off-road vehicle to move the trailer trailer body when entering the camp or leaving the warehouse.At the same time,it puts forward high requirements for the driver’s driving skills.Moreover,due to the large body of RV,there are many blind spots and many unsafe factors in actual use 。 In addition,the use environment of trailer type RV is mostly in the field or camp.After the RV stops,due to the uneven ground,the RV chassis inclines,which will directly affect the comfort and safety of people.Through the investigation,it is found that the most prominent problems in the use of trailer type RV are the difficulty of mobile adjustment and chassis imbalance after parking.To a large extent,it limits the further promotion of Trailer Trailer Trailer.Therefore,this paper designs an auxiliary mobile system for Trailer Trailer Trailer,which is used for the body movement and adjustment of Trailer Trailer Trailer with specific mechanical transmission device,and has the function of auxiliary adjustment of chassis horizontal angle,which is used for leveling of RV chassis and improving user’s life experience in the car.So as to solve the problem of the Trailer Trailer Trailer moving in a small range and the problem of chassis balance.At the same time,in order to increase the experience of users in the car and the security of the system,the controller has the function of mobile interconnection.It can collect the data of various sensors in the car by bus and upload it to the server through 4G module.It can also remotely control the switch socket,air conditioner and other electrical equipment in the RV through the server.The hardware of this design mainly includes: drive controller and remote controller handle.The drive controller has the functions of wireless data receiving and sending,multi motor coordinated control,bus data acquisition and bus equipment control,remote data upload and so on.The remote controller handle has the functions of sending control commands,receiving and analyzing wireless data,and displaying system status.In software,C language is used to program STM32 single chip microcomputer,configure and manage the underlying resources,control the corresponding peripheral circuit,realize wireless data transmission and transmission,and achieve the purpose of driving the motor.With the cooperation of specific mechanical structure and device,the corresponding functions are realized.Through the system hardware and software design and various tests,the product has entered the stage of mass production,and set up a set of test equipment for batch shipment.The annual sales volume is about 30000 sets.It has been recognized by the market. |
