Ship Exhaust Gas Washing Technology And Experimental Research

With the development of international shipping industry and ocean shipping,the pollution and harm of sulfur oxides have attracted more and more attention.The international and Chinese classification societies have imposed strict restrictions on the sulphur oxide emissions generated by ships.The corresponding laws and regulations.There are many technologies for ship sulfur oxide emission reduction and control.At present,the exhaust gas desulfurization technology that is suitable for ships and has good economy is mainly diesel exhaust gas washing technology.In this paper,different methods and configuration forms of diesel exhaust gas washing technology are discussed.The main equipment and PLC control of exhaust gas washing device are expounded.The open-loop exhaust gas desulfurization technology is taken as the research object,and the engineering is carried out on the diesel engine of the container type ship.Prototype test.The main research work and conclusions reached in this paper for diesel exhaust gas washing technology mainly include:(1)The research background of ship emission pollutants was analyzed.The existing emission regulations of marine diesel engine exhaust pollutants was studied,and the development status of ship exhaust gas washing technology and domestic and foreign exhaust pollutant control technologies were discussed.(2)Analysis of different modes and workflows of waste gas washing,configuration of the washing tower,main equipment,classification and function.(3)The principle of exhaust gas washing was analyzed,and the overall design of exhaust gas washing and desulfurization was carried out.The different components and main equipment of the exhaust system,washing water system,wastewater system and alkali system were discussed.(4)The measurement and control part of the exhaust gas desulfurization system has the characteristics of multivariable test and multi-parameter control.The principle,equipment and system configuration of the exhaust gas washing automation control are analyzed to establish a safe,efficient and compatible ship exhaust gas washing control system.(5)The paper designed an open-loop washing and desulfurization system for container ships,and carried out the exhaust gas washing and desulfurization actual ship test,proposed test monitoring methods and schemes,analyzed the test data,and studied the desulfurization system temperature,pressure,wastewater monitoring indicators,and exhaust gas monitoring indicators in different Changes under host load.
