As a running crew,crew,equipment is our partner,as a partner,I know them well.From inception to now has experienced the transformation and optimization of several major and minor repairs and equipment.As a veteran of the desulfurization system,I will on the desulfurization system was analyzed in the following aspects: classification,control technology of desulfurization system with each other;two: pre installation advantages of washing tower technology;three: automation of desulfurization of limestone slurry.Among them,the installation of the pre washing tower and the automatic supplement of the limestone slurry are new projects in recent years in our factory,and all of them have been debugged and tested for 168 hours.This technology has a great contribution to the operation cost and environmental protection.I hope that through the identity of a person running,but also the most intuitive sense of the technical advantages of the user's point of view,to analyze how this technology is achieved through the control technology.At the same time,I will also analyze some of their ideas,to the technology that some personal opinion,and hope that this technology can be more perfect.I hope that through this paper,we can provide a more reasonable and more extensive way to improve the desulfurization system control.By optimizing the operation of the equipment,the equipment management and environmental management,can truly achieve the goal of precision,accuracy and efficiency maximization.
