| Based on the state requirement of contamination emission amount of thermal generating unit,Dou He plant has taken some transformation on operating generating unit in desulfuration and efficiency.This text exampled 250 MW capacity of Dou He plant,provided the modification plan on desulfurizing absorption tower and affiliated facilities according to primary factors that affect the efficiency of desulfuration,a series modification were made during the project study,like absorption tower capacity,demister system,spraying altitude,oxidation air blower system,circulating pump system etc.Beside the finishing the reformation of desulfuration,we designed the control scheme of desulfuration system and conducted detailed logic programme commissioning.At last,the desulfuration effect was verified through flue gas monitoring facility,DCS equipment and performance verification report. |
