Research On The Urban Design Control Factor System Guided By The Scape Of Hilly City

The new urbanization in China has brought about a significant increase in the urbanization rate and economic development,but also led to the disorder of urban space,the lack of urban features and other issues.In this process,urban construction focuses on scale,light quality,speed and light quality.The original advantage of landscape resources can not be reasonably utilized,and its regional landscape characteristics are lost.The central government has emphasized the urban design work,and urgently needs to provide a set of effective urban design management system for the construction of urban features.Through a series of rules of urban design management,the urban construction is guided and controlled,so as to establish a urban space conducive to the public interest.In recent years,the government and scholars have begun to emphasize the transformation from urban design to management oriented,and have carried out many theoretical studies.No matter in theory or in practice,it mainly studies the content,system and methods of urban design management.Its objects are basically urban design in plain areas,and there are few studies that put forward the management strategies of urban design in mountainous areas.However,there are few researches on the special environment in hilly areas,and there are still blindness in the practice of urban design management Objective to pursue the comprehensive management elements and the full coverage of urban design,and to explore the reasonable connection between urban design and planning management.Based on this,this paper takes the hilly city as the research object,focuses on the control elements,and puts forward the screening system methods of urban design control elements for the purpose of protecting and creating the landscape of the hilly city.This paper starts with the relevant theoretical research and analysis,and combs the concept and logical relationship of hill city style and urban design management elements,management system,and summarizes the methods and experience combined with the research and practice.Secondly,this paper discusses the difficulties and causes of the current situation of landscape construction in hilly cities,and points out that the main causes of the problems are lack of awareness of the development of hilly cities,lack of pertinence,and inadequate connection with legal planning.Through the above theoretical research and analysis of the problems,this paper constructs the management elements system of urban landscape in hilly areas,which includes the extraction of core landscape elements based on expert scoring method and AHP analytic hierarchy process,the selection of urban design management elements,and the combination of core landscape elements and urban design management elements.Based on the determination of the control content,the management system and methods of urban design features in hilly areas are proposed.In the management system,the connection between urban design management and legal planning is proposed,and the transmission channel is established.The management methods cover the management ideas,management zones,management levels,achievement expression and implementation guarantee suggestions.Finally,Taking Zhangjiajie urban design guidelines as an example,based on the current situation,this paper demonstrates the construction of urban design management system of hills and the management methods of core elements,and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
