| Village is an important economic and social organization unit in China,and it is an important spatial environment composition different from the urban landscape,resource endowment and social organization.In recent years,China has continuously strengthened urbanrural co-ordination and rural planning and construction,and put forward requirements for targeted planning and development based on the types and characteristics of rural areas.In order to solve the barriers of rural industrial structure fragmentation,land use inefficiency,and inferior infrastructure,that is,to achieve the reasonable development and scale expansion of residential space,and to balance the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development in rural spatial planning,it is necessary The "double evaluation" of the rural space makes reasonable land use layout,and guides the planning of production and residential land and the improvement of production and residential space.Based on the research foundation at home and abroad and the development needs of national rural planning,this article takes the beautiful village demonstration village in the suburbs of Hunan Province as the research object.First,it uses the spatial visualization analysis tool of Arc GIS 10.3 software to conduct a macroscopic spatial characteristic study on 269 demonstration villages in the suburbs,and combines relevant Based on the data and survey data,the leading industries,business models,living patterns,and spatial relations between production and residence are analyzed,and the main types of villages under the influence of the leading industries are obtained to guide the subsequent selection of representative villages for spatial evaluation.Secondly,combined with the current national land spatial planning and "double evaluation" requirements,the spatial planning "double evaluation" index system is obtained according to the actual screening of the village,and the agricultural type(jiaoshan village)and cultural travel type(biyunfeng village)are selected according to the main village types of the demonstration village Villages conduct spatial "double evaluation" and results revision analysis to obtain differences in the suitability of different types of rural land for residential use.Finally,combining the contradiction between the development trend of rural residential space and the needs and constraints of "double evaluation",through the planning simulation of Biyunfeng Natural Village Unit,a suitable coupling strategy for rural residential space was proposed.The research found that,first,the beautiful village demonstration villages in the suburbs of Hunan Province have the characteristics of “aggregation” towards modern transportation,economically advantageous towns,and flat terrain;affected by the dominant industries,the villages are divided into agricultural,cultural,and industrial There are three types of types,and the current status of coupling between producing and living spaces includes four types: separation type,tangent type,intersecting type,and composite type,of which the proportion of intersecting type and composite type is large.Secondly,on the basis of "double evaluation",the influence factor of agricultural rural production space optimization factors is "resource dependence> industrial scale potential> transportation dependence> current agricultural layout";the living space suitability optimization factor "land concentration potential> Convenience of transportation > Working convenience > Public service facility configuration > Dependence of villagers’ social organization relationship ”.Cultural transportation-type rural production space optimization factor "transport dependence> resource dependence> industrial scale potential> current agricultural layout";residential space optimization "transportation convenience> villagers’ social organization relationship dependence> land use concentration potential> public service Facility configuration> labor convenience ".Third,the contradiction between the expansion of residential land and the “dual evaluation” land management required by the development trend of rural residential space restricts the evolution and development of rural residential space coupling.Therefore,the planning strategy of residential space coupling is proposed through planning simulation On the basis,it proposes the macro level-"C2C" joint development of industrial orientation and regional resource integration,the meso level-"N + X" mixed land use planning and "E + P" industrial protective development,and the micro level-"1 + X" residential unit idle space reconstruction coupling promotion strategy. |
