| The construction of beautiful countryside in China has been carried out for many years and gradually entered the mature stage.Jianza County began to build beautiful plateau villages in 2014,and by 2020,47 beautiful plateau villages had been built,with a large amount of manpower and material resources invested.With the continuous development of rural revitalization,the plateau beautiful countryside construction will continue to be carried out.The local government urgently hopes to systematically sort out and summarize the plateau beautiful countryside construction in the early stage,study the success and deficiency in the construction,and provide guidance and optimization for the follow-up construction work.In this paper,the construction of beautiful plateau villages in Jianza County was investigated to understand the local construction facts and local realities.Combined with the construction objectives and relevant documents,and with reference to experts’ opinions,the evaluation index system was constructed from the perspectives of four target levels: living space,supporting facilities,natural environment and cultural environment.Residential space consists of external architectural style and internal living environment,which is subdivided into two factors: village appearance and living suitability.Supporting facilities include hardware needs and living services to meet villagers’ living needs,which can be divided into infrastructure and public services.The natural environment is divided into two factors: environmental protection and pollution prevention.The cultural environment includes the villagers’ cultural spirit and material production,which can be divided into two factors: local culture and industrial development.Then subdivide it according to the actual situation,and finally construct 43 indicators.By consulting experts,conducting interviews and questionnaires,using analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,fuzzy analysis method,etc.,to calculate the weight of each indicator.Through field research,6 beautiful plateau villages are selected as the research objects,which cover different terrain,industry,nationality and historical dimension,and can better represent the beautiful plateau villages of Jianza County.By organizing relevant experts who understand the construction of beautiful villages on the Plateau of Jianzha County to conduct in-depth research,visit and score,the score data of each village is obtained.Based on the calculation of index weights,the post evaluation results of beautiful rural construction on the Plateau in Jianzha County were finally obtained,which was above medium level according to the five grades of the evaluation,indicating that beautiful rural construction on the plateau in Jianzha County was basically good,but there were some shortcomings.According to the data in the evaluation,it is concluded that the construction pattern is basically formed,the overall construction effect is obvious,the living space is obviously improved,and the natural environment is effectively protected.The existing shortcomings are weak resource integration,insufficient brand construction and characteristics,some indicators lag behind,and lack of long-term operation mechanism.In view of these deficiencies,the overall layout is established from a macro perspective:Farming trip along the river,along the mountain farming to integrate regional resources,from the perspective of medium build four types of characteristics to strengthen the construction of brand and characteristic village,village of living space from the microscopic view,supporting facilities,natural environment,the four aspects of industrial development,filling part index construction lags behind,at the system level from the policy safeguard,working mechanism,establishing long-effect mechanism operation management three aspects.Based on the existing research and field investigation,this study systematically evaluates the beautiful village construction in Jianza County plateau through analysis and combing,studies the success and deficiency of the early stage construction,and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies to provide guidance for the subsequent beautiful village construction in Jianza County Plateau.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the evaluation of the construction of beautiful plateau villages under the same type of multi-ethnic and unique natural and cultural environment. |
