| With the development of the intelligent era,the demand for storage logistics is increasing gradually.New energy forklift is an important role in the intelligent storage logistics system.Therefore,forklift enterprises are striving for the market position in the storage logistics industry.Brand is always the key to lead the market,while family design and modular design are the core strategies to build forklift brand recognition and improve market competitiveness through product modeling.In the theoretical research,taking the forklift model design as the specific research object,firstly,the forklift product group and model design elements are studied: graphics,shape and volume.It is believed that the styling design of the product groups under the brand must establish the styling connection between individual products,thus proposing a family design strategy for forklift products and a modular design strategy for forklift products.After determining the design strategy of modularization and family,how to link the two in the design of forklift product design is the key to achieve the brand goal.There are two problems: on the one hand,there are many modules with the same look in the whole product groups,but the total number of modules on the product platform is too much and the number of general modules is reduced because of the difference of specifications,so it is necessary to divide the modules in a broad sense to reduce the total number of modules;on the other hand,the prototypes of cross family products are quite different,so it is difficult to study the familization among different kinds of modules in cross family products,so it is necessary to cluster the modules systematically,so as to facilitate the analysis of the continuation of the family design of cross family products based on modularization.So the research proposes a method of dividing the forklift modeling modules based on the concept of generalized modules,and systematically clusters according to the functions.The forklift modules are divided into modeling main modules,man-machine modules,fork modules,and wheeled modules.The theoretical research part of this article is completed.The design preparation and design practice part of the paper is the focus of practical research.The research topic of this article comes from the forklift design research project of BYD New Energy Forklift and Hunan University.As the project’s requirements,through interviews with business executives,questionnaire survey,modeling comparison design analysis have determined the expression method and design direction of the counterbalanced forklift,and discussed the relevant design knowledge of the AGV forklift,then transformed the design concept into the design image of technology,sports,strength and simplicity.In the practice session,after the design discussion of four modeling cluster modules and the review and modification of sketches to digital models,the concept counterbalanced forklift design program based on related intelligent technology and ergonomics in the next five to ten years was completed first;On this basis,the forklift module and the wheeling module are used as general modeling modules,and the family design genes are continued for the AGV forklift’s specific main modeling modules and man-machine modules.Then,through the program review and modification,the concept AGV counterbalanced forklift design design that meets the family design strategy and related design requirements was finally completed. |
