Due to the particularit y o f installat ion process and layout location,outdoor high-voltage cable jo ints in 110 kV substation are easy to be ignored by staff in daily operation and maintenance,which is the weak link of safe operation of 110 kV substat ion.Most of the faults of high-vo ltage cable jo ints are related to the abnormal temperature rise.Through real-t ime temperature monitoring,the faults of high-vo ltage cable joints can be effectively reduced.In conclusion,a set of real-time monitoring system of high-vo ltage cable jo int temperature based on wireless technology is designed to monitor the temperature of high-voltage cable jo int o f 110 kV Substation in real time.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The feasible overall scheme of the system is determined,which is composed of three parts: temperature measurement acquisition node,temperature measurement receiving host and background monitoring system.The temperature measurement node mainly measures and co llects the temperature of high-voltage cable connector and uploads it to the temperature measurement receiving host through A7139 wireless module.The temperature monitor receiver is mainly used to receive,display and store the temperature of high-vo ltage cable connector,at t he same time,it can query the temperature information of each node and alarm the temperature overrun;supervisor y contro l system can monitor and manage the temperature data of each node in the central control room of the substation through the Kingview mo nitoring software.(2)The hardware,software and background monitoring of the system are designed accordingly.The hardware design mainly includes the circuit design o f temperature monitor receiver and temperature measurement node,which makes the real-t ime temperature measurement system for high-voltage cable joints have the physical basic condit ions to realize the function.The so ftware design mainly includes three parts: temperature measurement node,temperature monitor receiver and large screen touch man-machine operat ion module,so as to ensure the specific realization o f the temperature measurement system funct ion.The supervisory contro l system is mainly designed on the basis o f Kingview so ftw are,which belongs to the upper-computer software design,and has the funct ion of centralized monitoring an d management of each temperature node’s temperature data.(3)Participated in the installation of the system in Longjiang 110 kV substation o f Zizhong Longyuan Power Company,and carried out the funct ion test o f temperature data transmission reliabilit y,temperature data measurement accuracy and temperature over temperature alarm reliabilit y after the installat ion of the network.The test results show that the system functions normally and reliably.According to the follow-up feedback o f Longjiang 110 kV substation,the data transmission funct ion of the real-t ime monitoring system o f the high-vo ltage cable jo int temperature is stable and reliable,the temperature value measurement is accurate,and it can accurately alarm when the temperature exceeds the limit value,thus effect ively reducing the frequency o f the high-voltage cable joint fault in the substation.
