With the rapid development of active distribution networks,the total supply capability has become an important indicator for assessing the security level of the active distribution network.Therefore,the total supply capability is of great significance for the construction and development of active distribution networks.In recent years,the number of flexible resources has been increasing.Through the effective control and free dispatch of energy and flexible resources,the deep interaction between flexible resources and active distribution network can be realized.This also provides new means to increase the total supply capability.In addition,the use of flexible resources can also improve the economic benefits of the active distribution network and improve the absorption of wind-solar resources and reduce the loss of high sensitive loads,achieving a comprehensive and optimized dispatch of the active distribution network.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the comprehensive optimized dispatching of the active distribution network for the development of China’s power supply industry.First,this paper analyzes the load characteristics of high sensitive loads,which is the apparent power varies with the node voltage,and establishes a polynomial load model of high sensitive load model and proposes load sensitivity indicators,which can quantify high sensitive load loss.At the same time,the definition of flexible resources and the characteristics of multi-dimensional attributes are explained.According to the operation characteristics of different flexible resources,different kinds of flexible resources are classified,and the characteristics of flexible resources are analyzed.In addition,the characteristics and the model of wind-solar resources are summarized.The above research provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive optimal dispatching of active distribution network.Second,the index of total supply capability is defined,and three factors affecting the total supply capability are analyzed from the perspective of flexible resource type and quantity,operation load level and wind-solar resource.To analyze the influence of different flexible resources on the total supply capability,the characteristics of demand flexible resources,energy-storage flexible resources,and space-scale flexible resources are analyzed separately.Mathematical models of different flexible resources are established.In the examples,different flexible resources improve the total supply capability of the active distribution network and the total supply capability of high sensitive nodes.Finally,in order to verify the influence of different flexible resource combinations on the comprehensive optimal dispatching of active distribution network,comprehensive optimization scheduling is performed in the active distribution network by establishing comprehensive evaluation model of active distribution network and using AHP to determine the weights of each sub-objective,and the active distribution network is optimized comprehensively.The examples show that the coordination of demand flexible resources,energy-storage flexible resources,and space-scale flexible resources can maximize their strengths and achieve the Comprehensive evaluation target of active distribution network and the joint promotion of each sub-objective.
