At present,the railway electrification of Q inghai-Tibet Line has entered the stage of comprehensive development,the number of electric locomotives is increasing,and the task of locomotive maintenance is becoming more and more serious.Maintenance ability is an important embodiment of the production capacity of the locomotive station section.However,there are many problems in the maintenance of electric locomotives on Q inghai-Tibet Line.Therefore,it is of practical significance to evaluate the maintenance ability level of the existing electric locomotives and reveal the weak links for the maintenance and development of electric locomotives on Qinghai-Tibet Line.This paper describes the current situation and existing problems of maintenance capacity of electric locomotives on Q inghai Tibet railway;Taking the existing maintenance capacity of electric locomotives on Qinghai Tibet Railwa y as the evaluation target,the paper analyzes and integrates the influencing factors,constructs the evaluation system of maintenance capacity of electric locomotives on Q inghai Tibet railway,and determines the weight of each factor by using analytic hie rarchy process;Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the current level of maintenance capacity of electric locomotives on Q inghai Tibet railway,reveal the weak links,and put forward suggestions and measures to improve the maintenance capacity.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)Although there are many problems in the maintenance of electric locomotives on Q inghai-Tibet Line,the maintenance ability of electric locomotives on Q inghai-Tibet Line is good and can meet the production demand.(2)With the increase of maintenance tasks,the existing maintenance capacity of electric locomotives on Q inghai-Tibet Line will decrease,and there will be insufficient capacity.(3)The maintenance operation level of electric locomotives on Q inghai-Tibet Line is at a good level,which indicates that the reform of the repair program system promoted by Q inghai-Tibet Group Company is effective.The overhaul scope and overhaul process are improved,which effectively promotes the maintenance ability of electric locomotives.(4)The maintenance level of electric locomotives on Q inghai-Tibet Line is general in terms of production layout,production management,personnel quality and parts management,which is the weak link in the maintenance ability.
