| With the implementation of the new rural reconstruction project and the real estate project,the amount of concrete has gradually expanded,which has greatly promoted the rapid development of concrete mixing plants.In recent years,the trend of grouping of concrete mixing plants has gradually increased,which has made ERP systems increasingly difficult to manage these large enterprises.The escalation of external ERP corporate competitors also forces enterprises to upgrade and develop new products to cope with competition.Driven by the information technology revolution,the intelligent technology represented by the Internet of things,big data,and cloud computing is breeding and giving birth to a new round of industrial change,which also gradually takes root in various industries.The intelligent commercial concrete app considers production and sales as its core concept of business,which fully realizes digital management and maximizes benefits by integrating enterprises resources such as business modeling for decision making,operation management,human resource management,and equipment management.As a derivative product of the post market construction machinery industry,Intelligent commercial concrete app faces many challenges in design.There are many factors to be considered during the design process.For example,Windows PC version is not convenient for users who are primarily using mobile terminal.Also,the app’s original mobile version does not fulfill market needs as well.Therefore,by understanding user’s needs and studying customer’s interactive behaviors is a key link for problem solving in future exploration under different scenarios.Our project analyzes commercial concrete enterprise’s current status and needs so that we could provide an integrated solution for our customers.At first,the App analyzes market research data and user’s concrete plant daily operation,then it creates a certain type of user model.The model has self-learning function which frequently record user’s behavior and further refines user’s needs.It also generate a framework allows users to interact not only pages to pages but also pages to products itself.In addition,the author adopt heuristic evaluation method in order to evaluate the usability of the design framework,and modifies the model according to the test results.During the design process of intelligent commercial concrete app,we use methodology of service design and Interaction Design.The research results can be used for reference by other intelligent software in the future,and the methods and principles used in this paper can also be used as reference for future projects.The intelligent commercial concrete app has achieved positive effects inenterprises.It has full filled some basic needs for enterprises,such as efficiency improvement in daily operation.The test result shows that the app has many powerful functions and it is easy to operate with smooth interactive interface.It generates substantial growth for the company,and it definitely has promoted industry to the next level. |
