With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, concrete industry is facing great prospects for development of the industry, but there are also unbalanced regional development, regional concentration is too advanced problem. Faced with fierce market competition, in order to survive and better development of enterprises, as a commodity distribution system of concrete core of concrete mixing station location choice is correct or not, it is particularly important. In this paper, for concrete mixing station siting problems were studied.This paper reviews the current situation of commercial concrete industry trends as well as concrete mixing station location unreasonable harm caused; analysis of the research status at home and abroad in terms of facility siting and problems, through a questionnaire study to determine the effects of concrete mixing station siting general factors, and the use of principal component analysis extracted from the target market capacity, operating and infrastructure costs, land costs, customer satisfaction with the service, transportation costs, pollution of the environment, large areas of land the key factors can have sex, the degree of raw material suppliers close to transportation convenience, the merits of the policy environment and so on, and with the right rough set theory to calculate the weight of the key factors. The establishment of a mixing station location model level programming model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combining. Batch Station concrete distribution model by increasing the timeliness and customer satisfaction constraints set up, to a certain extent to meet the total costs and balance customer satisfaction aspects of decision-makers, has been closer to reality siting strategy. Taking a ready-mixed concrete company in Xi’an site, for example, time-series forecasting demand for concrete target area forecast using thegreedy algorithm solving the model, the optimal siting of the final layout. Verify the validity and usefulness of the proposed commercial concrete mixing station location models.This article studies commercial concrete mixing plant location decisions provide a scientific reference.
