One kind of special concrete is appeared recently, which is used in pouring the highway isolation belt, the road hip stone and so on, its strength grade is C35, the slump about 3cm. In order to adapt this kind of special concrete mixing with the transportation, the mixing drum and its blade are researched and redesigned in this paper,the main work and result are as follows:Based on the analysis for the performance, component and segregation phenomenon of concrete, the mixing drum operational factors and the blade mixing mechanism are studied, and by using the material rheology theory, the main factors which affect mixing uniformity, feeding and unloading rate are discussed.For the mixing drum design, the spiral curve model of blade is set up, based on the fact that different section of blade has different function. Through the optimizing design of blade by selecting adaptive spiral angle for each section, the mixing, feeding and unloading of the dry and hard concrete with low slump are implemented properly.By using software of Pro/Engineer, Microsoft Excel and so on, the volume of the drum is computed accurately, and the blade spiral curve is plated easily.Applied the finite element method and finite element analysis software ANSYS, the static analysis of the drum and blade is carried out, and which provides an important basis for further analysis and optimized design.This article's study and design has applied in the actual production in TangShan Yate Special Vehicles Co. Ltd, obtaining a good effect. |
