The development of urbanization in China has promoted the increase in the proportion of motorized travel,which has further aggravated the degree of urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution.In recent years,with the rise of the concept of "green and low-carbon" travel,the proportion of slow travel has increased,making the development of the slow transport system more and more valued by people."What kind of slow traffic system can be built to satisfy Travelers" has also become a key point to guide related construction.At present,China’s evaluation and optimization of the slow traffic system is relatively lacking,and the existing evaluation and optimization methods mainly rely on expert experience,take objective construction indicators as the criterion,and lack consideration of user travel needs.In order to make the construction of the slow traffic system more humane,this article will build a set of public evaluation index system,evaluation and optimization methods for the slow-moving traffic system from the perspective of the public.First,analyze the conceptual characteristics,common evaluation angles and related elements of the slow traffic system.On this basis,the public satisfaction theory is introduced.From the perspective of the travel experience of the slow traveler,extract the important factors for evaluating the slow traffic system,and build a public evaluation index system for the slow traffic system,including the marking,supporting facilities,continuity,convenience,safety,comfort,There are 20 observation indicators including 7 main factors of sex and overall satisfaction.Then,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive evaluation method and satisfaction evaluation method of the common slow-moving system,the relevant theory of the structural equation model is further introduced to build a public evaluation model of the slow traffic system based on the structural equation,which makes up for the inability of the common comprehensive evaluation method Insufficient relationship between factors.Secondly,taking the slow traffic system in the Baoan Park area as the research object,SPSS21.0 and AMOS25.0 software were used to perform descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis on the survey data.On the premise of preliminary verification of the feasibility of the index system and the stability of the model structure,the evaluation index system and model structure were further optimized.The research results show that the key factors and total effects that affect the public evaluation of the slow traffic system are continuity(0.42),safety(0.39),comfort(0.35),ancillary facilities(0.30),and marking lines(0.21),Marking and supporting facilities affect the overall satisfaction by influencing comfort and safety.Finally,the CSI satisfaction index model was used to score key factors and compared with the status quo.It was concluded that the continuity of the area needs to be strengthened to verify the rationality of the evaluation model.Combined with the analysis results of "Satisfaction Index-Total Effect Matrix",and with the guidance of relevant planning standards and guidelines,it puts forward practical improvement measures and suggestions for areas in need of improvement in the slow traffic system in the area.The research not only enriches the evaluation and optimization theoretical system of the slow traffic system,but also provides guidance for the focus of the construction of the slow traffic system in the district,and realizes "the least investment and the greatest effect".
