| People’s longing for a happy life has never stopped.In this way,it is becoming increasingly impatient to solve the problem of difficult medical treatment.In this regard,the state actively promotes the policy of hierarchical medical system,and strives to solve the problem of difficult medical treatment.As an important part of the hierarchical medical system,it is particularly prominent to solve the problem of diagnosis in primary hospitals.Therefore,it is necessary to launch diagnostic products that meet the needs of primary-level hospitals,provide diagnostic solutions for primary hospitals,reflect China’s creativity,and help grade hierarchical medical system.Point-of-Care Testing(POCT)diagnostic system can be flexibly deployed in various scenarios that require rapid diagnosis.The POCT chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is one of the most popular research directions in immunodiagnostics.Such instruments can play a huge role in hospital outpatients,emergency departments,Stroke Centers and Chest Pain Centers,or in medical institutions such as primary hospitals.In this paper,a software system for a full-automatic POCT chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for a single-person multi-item combination reagent chip is designed.The software system is based on the Windows 10 operating system,using the IDE software development tools of Visual Studio 2017,using C # language,.NET framework for development.The main work of this article is as follows:It adopts the object-oriented design idea,abstracts the commonly used functions and abstracts the interface.Based on the characteristics of the instrument,the software system is modularized and divided into data management,detection timing,communication module and user interaction module.Greatly improved software development efficiency and maintainability.According to the characteristics of the instrument detection method and the characteristics of the use scene,the software is designed into a database,and the software system database is designed to realize the logical interaction between the database and the user interface.This improves the stability of software system data management.According to the special structure of the instrument and the single-person multi-item combination reagent chip,this paper is based on a fixed-cycle algorithm and combined with the chemiluminescence immune detection process to implement sequential logic and apply it to the instrument’s multi-threaded test task scheduling.Under the algorithm’s test timing,the instrument can achieve a test speed of 90 test per hour.According to the characteristics of the instrument’s operating status,a set of communication mechanisms have been independently designed to improve the reliability of the instrument’s communication.According to the characteristics of non-professional inspectors,the operation process is optimized to achieve "sample in,data out".The system software designed in this paper has been successfully applied to a fully automatic POCT chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and has been successfully used in clinical tests.The precision in the batch reached 1.42% of low concentration and 0.57% of high concentration,and the effects were better than industry standards.The test speed reaches 90 T / h,which can well meet the detection requirements of higher throughput. |
