| Reliability of power supply is an important international standard to measure the comprehensive management level of power supply enterprises,and reflects the degree to which people meet the demand for power.Since the implementation of the reform of the power system in China,the requirements for power supply reliability and service quality have been increasing.Improving power supply reliability is of great significance to the development of power supply enterprises.In order to continuously optimize the electricity business environment of Shenzhen Power Grid,this paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis,applied research,and practical tests to take a department as an example to implement DMAIC process activities to improve SAIDI-1 using a 6sigma management method.From the three key characteristics of power outage time,number of power outages,and power outage range,find out 37 existing problems affecting the indicators.By quantitatively calculating the improvement return and improvement cost of each problem,the analysis determines 4 key factors that can promote the improvement of the reliability index,Including improve the quality of networked equipment,reduce hidden dangers of existing equipment,apply new technologies to improve efficiency,and optimize emergency response processes.Based on the status quo,formulate a practical improvement plan for the elements,pass the half-year actual inspection,analyze the improvement effects and exposure problems year-on-year,and find other missing elements : prevent and control external damage.According to the application experience,curing can be used to improve the reliability management quality method of power supply companies. |
