Lean Six Sigma is a customer centered,advanced enterprise management method aimed at reducing costs,improving quality and eliminating waste.In recent years,with the intensification of market competition and the increase of customer personalized and customized service requirements,more and more enterprises have begun to use Lean Six Sigma method to carry out internal process management and product quality improvement.On the basis of Lean Six Sigma Theory and practice,this paper takes Y company as an example.After understanding the product and production status of Y company,the paper uses the DMAIC II theoretical framework and tool method of Lean Six Sigma to analyze and improve gradually,and finally achieves the goal of improving the output of single piece line,shortening supply period and reducing the cost.The.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the problems faced by Y company,we define the scope and target of the project,and further decompose the target into a balanced production beat,reduce the equipment stop time and reduce the number of defective products three sub objectives.Secondly,in the premise of ensuring the reliability of the measurement system,the data collection and analysis are carried out and the preliminary identification of the problem is made.In the analysis stage,the key influence factors are identified by means of C&E matrix,FMEA analysis,analysis of variance and other tools by using the tools of C&E matrix,FMEA analysis and variance analysis.The key factors are improved to get the process flow and the optimal process parameters suitable for the production requirements.In the end,in order to ensure the improvement effect,the effective results will be documented,the control plan is set up,and the project is supervised and controlled.Through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma the output of Y thermostat single line increased from 1075 on average to 1412,which successfully solved the problems faced by Y company.The implementation of the project also provides the same type of enterprises with the idea of Lean Six Sigma to solve such problems,which has certain reference significance.
