In recent years, with the introduction of the development concept of "transit priority",the construction of a green,low-carbon,and efficient urban public transportation system has become an important strategy to alleviate the urban transportation dilemma.Among them, rail transit has also been rapidly constructed in major cities by virtue of its small footprint, large transportation volume, and low consumption and high efficiency. It has become one of the main ways for citizens to travel. However, due to the problems of long infrastructure construction cycle and low density of rail network in rail transit,at this stage, the rail transit operation service capacity and the travel demand of residents in some areas of the city are still in a state of imbalance between supply and demand. This imbalance between supply and demand will cause passenger flow congestion, passenger retention, etc.,thereby affecting the reliability of travel time for citizens using rail transit.IC card is one of the main payment tools for public transportation.Through the analysis of IC card swipe data, the travel time distribution characteristics of rail transit passengers can be obtained. On this basis, analyzing the causes of passenger travel delays is of great significance for optimizing the operating capacity of rail transit and improving service levels.Based on the IC card data and the field survey data of the station’s entry and exit delays, this article will dig deeper into the travel time distribution characteristics of rail transit passengers, and discuss and analyze the rules and causes of travel time delays. The specific work is as follows:1)Through the analysis of the original data of the IC card, the abnormal data with missing attributes, repeated redundancy, and invalid errors are preprocessed first. Then determine the appropriate travel time threshold interval, determine the time of passengers entering and leaving the station, and filter out the IC card data that meets the conditions.2)Establish an analysis framework and indicators for passenger travel time.Using the IC card swiping data for passenger travel of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 1 as the basic information, determine the typical station pairs, and perform a descriptive analysis on the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of rail passenger flow and passenger travel time, and obtain the peak peak passenger flow comparison In the evening peak, the peak passenger flow is higher, the duration is shorter, and the travel time of passengers between stations increases with the increase of travel distance.3)Combining IC card data and field survey results, the causes of rail transit travel delays are discussed.Based on the IC card data,a descriptive and significant analysis of the travel delays of peak and peak travel days on weekdays, combined with the field survey data of the station’s inbound and outbound processes, supplements the portion of the inbound and outbound delay times that the IC card data does not reflect.Through the analysis of IC card data and actual survey data,it can be concluded that in the morning and evening peak inbound delay time accounts for a large proportion of travel delay time, and outbound delay time accounts for a small proportion. Therefore, the delay of the travel process of rail transit is completely constructed, and related optimization measures are proposed.
