Research On The Management Of Shenzhen City Comprehensive Park

Urban comprehensive park is not only an open space to attract tourists to view,appreciate,learn and taste,but also a main position to reflect the city spirit,shape the city culture and enhance the competitiveness of the city.As of September 2019,there had been1090 parks in Shenzhen,including 100 urban comprehensive parks,which made Shenzhen achieve the construction goal of "city of thousands of parks" and become the model of "city in parks" construction in the world.In recent years,with the rapid growth of population and the continuous expansion of the city,while Shenzhen actively promotes the construction of comprehensive parks,the problems such as poor service consciousness of employees,low satisfaction of tourists and backward system construction are exposed.To clarify the management problems in shenzhen comprehensive park,explore the causes of these problems,and put forward countermeasures and measures to solve the management problems can not only provide a new idea for the management of shenzhen comprehensive park,but also provide a reference for the construction and management of other urban parks in China.At present,the research on urban comprehensive park mainly focuses on park planning,satisfaction survey,interaction with the city and other fields,and the research methods are mainly qualitative description,questionnaire survey,network analysis and so on.Based on the theory of public goods,the theory of new public service and theory of public perception,this paper introduces the general situation of the management of Shenzhen comprehensive park,and based on the big data in the platform of "digital city management information system of Shenzhen",combined with the on-the-spot visits to tourists,park managers and general staff,it refines and analyzes the existing management problems of Shenzhen comprehensive park.With the help of statistical software,this paper analyzes the causes of the four management problems of Shenzhen comprehensive park in terms of environmental management,facility management,safety management and service management,and puts forward four countermeasures to improve the management of Shenzhen comprehensive park,including improving the level of park environmental management,creating a good atmosphere for parkfacility management,diversifying the means of park safety management,and improving the quality of park service management.
