With the development of the automobile industry in recent years and the rapid development of China’s automobile market economy,automobile has gradually developed from simple luxury goods to necessary supplies and means of transportation for people’s daily work and life.The automobile parts industry has developed from scratch.After years of accumulation and development,major international automobile manufacturing giants are entering China to invest and build factories,China’s modern auto parts manufacturing industry has also made great development and progress in China,training a large number of modern auto manufacturers and parts suppliers.In recent two years,China’s automobile production has entered a stage of slow growth.The automobile industry is facing huge market competition and development pressure.The competition between automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers has gradually become white hot.Company C is a domestic R & D and manufacturing enterprise and supplier of automotive air conditioning and heat system in China’s mainland.There are a large number of related parts and components of automobile air conditioning and heat system that need to be purchased and outsourced.At present,the proportion of purchased and outsourced parts in the sales cost is far higher than 70%.Supply chain and supplier management are particularly important.As a key component of supplier management,supplier evaluation covers the whole process from supplier import to supplier exit,and plays a crucial role in supplier management,Scientific,comprehensive and effective evaluation of suppliers can greatly help enterprises reduce their costs,enhance their competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction.In view of some special requirements of the auto parts supplier industry,this paper focuses on the general evaluation theory and Practice Research of the auto parts supplier evaluation management,and in the framework of IATF / 16949,refers to a large number of materials and literature,In this paper,the main content,mechanism and method of the evaluation management of the existing C company’s auto parts suppliers are analyzed and systematically studied,It is found that there are some problems in the current supplier evaluation of company C,such as the incompleteness of evaluation indexes,the lack of quantification of evaluation,the lack of effective integration of evaluation data,etc.then,a new supplier evaluation management model is constructed,and five elements of enterprise status,technology,quality system,quality performance and cost control are determined.The evaluation weight of each element of supply selection of automobile parts is determined by AHP,And two typical application scenarios of the process are verified and passed through examples.Based on this,the methods of supplier evaluation and management that are really applicable to the current stage of the company are explored and summarized,and the relevant plans of continuous optimization and improvement are formulated.It can be used for reference for the same type of enterprises to carry out effective supplier evaluation management.
