With the rapid development of economy,it is more for the modern people to stimulate and obtain spiritual enjoyment by the senses.People have higher requirements on the living environment,which is a unique complacency of noisy cities.The government also has higher requirements on the beautification of public facilities,which is an important part of a city’s business card.With the competition increasing fiercely,the businesses pay more attention to the image of the store,which is an important means to attract customers.In this situation,the rapid development of decoration industry has become a necessary condition for social demand.The immaturity of the industry has resulted in many problems in quality and environmental protection due to the short development time of decoration industry in China.The JD decoration company is a small and medium-sized company with a short establishment time,which is still in the initial stage of development.In addition,the company’s product price,sales channel and marketing strategy are not mature,which restricts the further development and affects the living space of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current marketing situation of the JD company,find out the problems,and then formulate effective marketing strategies to make them conform to the law of market development and obtain the right to survive in the industry.For the JD decoration company,starting from the theoretical basis of marketing,this dissertation analyzes the market macro environment with the PEST analysis method,then analyzes the competition status with the Potter five forces model,and finally analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and threats in the face of market environment with the SWOT method.Based on the analysis of the marketing environment,the market position and target market of the company are determined in combination with the current marketing situation.For the marketing strategy,the opinions and suggestions of product and brand strategy,customer strategy,cost and price strategy,channel andcommunication strategy,promotion strategy are put forward.Finally,to optimize the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy,various safeguard measures are put forward in the aspects of financial and marketing budget,organizational structure,human resource management,process management control,corporate culture,etc.This dissertation hopes to help the JD company expand its living space,gradually strengthen its core competitiveness,and make contributions to the development of society in the increasingly fierce market competition environment.
