Study On The Innovative Design Of Traditional Architectural Elements Of Tujia Hanging Feet In Western Hubei

In the course of historical development,due to the differences of different regional environment and cultural background,there are unique traditional houses in various places,reflecting the relationship between man and architecture,man and nature.But with the rapid development of rural urbanization and modernization,it is also a common demand to innovate and reapply the original architectural elements,but more and more designs do not hesitate to deviate from the tradition,superficial pursuit of modern style design,such as architectural design,landscape planning,decorative design and so on,these so-called innovations have led to the rapid disappearance of traditional characteristic elements in people’s sight.In view of this,there are many related studies in the field of architecture and design,but in the case of Tujia traditional residential hanging foot building,the core building elements in the industry have not been clearly understood,and the discussion in this area is still far from enough and there is no consensus.In this environment,this paper intends to study the inheritance and innovation of Tujia hanging-foot building by consulting literature,investigation,comparative analysis and other related disciplines,such as design,art,architecture,sociology and so on.There are some shortcomings in the application of traditional architectural elements in contemporary design,which mainly lies in a large number of innovative designs on environmental characteristics,spatial characteristics,architectural components and so on at different levels etc.However,due to the lack of knowledge mining,insufficient reserves and insufficient understanding of architectural elements,the innovative design of traditional architectural elements has appeared a series of problems,such as copy,distortion and flavor,Zhang Guanli Dai and so on.In view of the present situation and problems of traditional architectural elements,this paper analyzes the design principles and methods with more applicability,and puts forward the principles of innovative design of traditional architectural elements as follows: structural regional principle,environmental adaptability principle,cultural continuity principle.And the design methods are mainly deconstruction and reorganization,refining and simplification,intention interpretation.After combing andsummarizing the principles and methods,we try to provide theoretical guidance for innovative design.This paper further combines specific cases to verify the principles and design methods of innovative design.The principles and methods of traditional architectural elements are applied to the practice cases of local residential buildings,landscape buildings,indoor and outdoor furniture design.From three aspects: inheriting the architectural characteristics and spatial connotation of Tujia area in the residential building design,decomposing and reorganizing the traditional building materials and structures,and making the space function suitable for the design;in the landscape architecture design,applying the architectural form of hanging foot building to the innovative design of information and lighting,improving the integration of local landscape architecture and Tujia hanging foot building village visually;in the design of Tujia indoor and outdoor furnishings and furniture,aiming at the innovative design of components and decorative elements in the traditional hanging foot building,making it new to the life of urban and rural residents.From the perspective of traditional architectural elements,this paper combines the modeling elements,space elements and component elements of residential characteristics to analyze their accurate modeling,components,and establish the basic principles of accurate innovative design.This paper focuses on the application of architectural modeling and structure in modern design,and tries to find out the feasibility of innovative methods by refining three methods: simplification method,deconstruction method and image interpretation method.It is hoped that the theory and practice summarized in this paper can provide some reference for the inheritance and innovation of Tujia hanging foot building at present.
