With the rapid development of automotive electronic control technology,the emergence of environmental problems and people’s high requirements for automotive economy and comfort,people have more and more demand for control system.Which makes the control system face a variety of challenge,but also increases the difficulty of test for control system.With the development of V model,V model development process is more and more widely used with the advantages of fast,accurate and clear division of labor.As a key part of V model,hardware-in-the-loop simulation plays an important role in the test process.ECU,as a control unit,affects all kinds of vehicle performance.With the development of electronic technology,the control technology becomes more complex.In order to reduce ECU development cycle,bench test and development cost,ECU hardware-in-the-loop test technology not only makes up for the shortcomings of traditional test,but also improves test efficiency and reduces test risk.Based on the functional requirements of ECU Hardware in the loop test,a low-cost hardware in the loop test system is analyzed and proposed based on the independent PC master controller.Taking a 4-cylinder high-pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object,the real-time diesel engine model and high-pressure fuel supply model based on the control requirements are designed.The I / O function module is built by NI FPGA USB7845r,which is connected with the independently designed panel and ECU.Virtual diesel engine is used to simulate the operation of diesel engine,which is an important part of ECU Hardware in the loop test simulation platform.The model is based on the control requirements and AVL / Cruise m software.Through MATLAB / Simulink simulation software,the fuel supply system for diesel engine model is designed,including fuel metering unit module,high-pressure oil pump,common rail pipe and other modules,and the model automatic generation library and Model Library Download and import are completed.The design model can simulate the engine running in the test and meet the accuracy and real-time requirements of hardware in the loop.Based on the main controller of PC and dual processor of NI FPGA board,the main hardware and software architecture of the system is built.Through the LabVIEW FPGA module to analyze the controller signal,and to collect and process the signal to communicate with the PC virtual model.With this platform,the functions of analog signal generation and acquisition,digital signal recognition and acquisition are realized,and the communication with the upper computer model is connected,and the hardware in the loop test of control effect is carried out.Test results show that the ECU Hardware in the loop test system can be effective,reasonable and feasible,and can achieve good practicability after further improvement.
