Study On The Space Pattern And Design Of Youth Apartment In The Era Of Sharing

With the rapid development of the city,there have been three major changes in China’s residential housing since the founding of the people’s Republic of China: the "construction of public housing system" at the beginning of the founding of the people’s Republic of China-"the establishment of commercial housing market" after the reform and opening up "-the current" dual track system of indemnificatory housing and commercial housing ".In this process,the housing problem has always been the focus of society.In recent years,the state has gradually increased its attention to the housing problem of youth groups,and issued a series of corresponding policies to solve the problem.In view of the development of sharing economy in China in recent years,the concepts of "sharing economy","sharing office","sharing residence" have gradually formed,implying the establishment of a new consumption concept in China.At the same time,with the change of social family structure mode,housing demand,housing behavior and other factors,it is urgent to solve the housing problem of the young generation(20-35 years old).Economic pressure and the improvement of housing quality have given birth to the rapid development of youth apartments.The research extends from the connotation of shared life mode in the era of sharing.Taking the youth apartment as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey,graphic analysis and other research methods,it analyzes the space mode and architectural design strategy of youth apartment in the era of sharing.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the relevant background of this study,defines the relevant research objects and concepts,and clarifies the research problems,research methods and research framework through literature review.The second chapter makes a vertical comparative analysis on the functions,streamlines and organizational modes of apartments in different time and space backgrounds,and makes a quantitative analysis on the living needs and behaviors of young people under the background of sharing era through a horizontal questionnaire survey,and combs out the potential living demands and characteristics of young people’s apartments under the sharing life style horizontally and vertically.The third chapter extends from the shared life behavior to the compound,time-sharingand transfer of the shared space of the youth apartment;the fourth chapter extends from the cooperative life behavior to the mutual aid space of the neighborhood;the fifth chapter extends from the romantic living behavior to the poetic space;the sixth chapter summarizes the space compound iteration of the youth apartment design through the intensive reading and extensive reading of the domestic classic cases Strategy,space humanization strategy,place experience strategy.Chapter seven is a summary and prospect.
