With the development of society and the improvement of national economic conditions,people pay more attention to health issues while satisfying the needs of spiritual culture.As heart rate is an important indicator to measure human health,we design an embedded heart rate real-time monitoring system in this thesis.After detecting the heart rate of the human body through photoelectric heart rate sensor,we employ the latest low-power wireless wide area network technology—Narrowband Internet of Things to deliver real-time monitoring of heart rate data to the cloud,which can be viewed under the PC,and patient location information are alerted and provided when heart rate abnormalities occur.These long-term heart rate data provide powerful data support for doctors to grasp and judge the patient’s condition.At the same time,these heart rate data can serve for the analysis of future medical big data.In this thesis,photoplethysmography is used as the heart rate detection method of the system.It is a non-invasive detection method for detecting the volume change of blood in human blood vessels by photoelectric transmission or reflection method and measuring the heart rate of the subject.In the choices of wireless transmission network,we use NB-IoT network technology.NB-IoT has irreplaceable advantages including the size of the coverage,the number of terminal connections,and power consumption compared to the current low-power wireless wide area network.Our system design uses ARM-cortex M4 CPU as the core,supplemented by heart rate detection sensor module,NB95-B5 standard NB-IoT module,L70-R model GPS rapid positioning module and some test unit modules.At the same time,the heart rate acquisition is realized and the heart rate data can be output through the serial port,the GPS positioning and the data are uploaded and released by using the NB-IoT module.And the software for displaying the heart rate on the PC is realized so that the collected heart rate data can be displayed with heart rate waveform in software box in real-time.
