At present, China is faced with many issues, including a large population base, lack of basic public health resources, inadequate residents’ health care systems, and unequal distribution of all kinds of medical resources per capita. These problems led to the traditional medical institutions designated physician treatment methods cannot meet the needs of citizens. Developed a portable, wearable smart health watch is cater to the demand.Based on the Internet of things technology, this paper designs a new wearable device that can detect the body’s signs. By studying the development of health industry and the vital signs parameters of medical field, choose the heart rate and body temperature as the basic signs data. Through the analysis of the function and performance of the watch, the design is divided into three modules, MSP430F149 is chosen as the main control module, temperature sensor TMP100 and heart rate sensor SON1303 as the data acquisition module and M160 as GSM communication positioning module. Using MSP430 ultra-low power characteristics and the way the two sets of power supply circuit design to solve the smart watch short standby time problem. Through the analysis of heart rate and body temperature dynamic sampling test, basically realized the combination of flexibility and stability of the smart watch and the use of DSM realized the abnormal data alarm messages can be transmitted simultaneously positioning function. Finally complete each module program debugging and by data verified the correctness and rationality of the system, to clarify shortcomings in system design and implementation process. By mastering the techniques and methods of correction to lay the basis of further studying.
