Commercial concrete is one of the most widely used building materials.With the guidance and support of relevant policies,the advancement of urbanization,the launching of a large number of infrastructure projects and the increase of urban population,the real estate industry is booming,which makes China’s commercial concrete enterprises developing rapidly.Because of the lower entry threshold,the lower technical content and the higher market demand,a large amount of capital enters the commercial concrete industry,which causes the industry overcapacity and the disorderly competition among the enterprises.In the past three years,under the influence of national environmental protection control,commercial and mixed enterprises are facing many problems,such as frequent price rise of raw materials,shortage of goods,and failure of enterprises to meet the requirements of green production,while facing disordered competition.At the same time,many commercial concrete enterprises have not established a scientific and reasonable strategic management system,which makes the development of enterprises face considerable difficulties.So,it is urgent for commercial concrete enterprises to collect information,analyze data,identify the market,respond to the development dilemma from the strategic level,take the initiative to seize the opportunity,gain the initiative in the competition,give full play to their own advantages,and find the way to sustainable development.Based on A commercial concrete company in kunming as the research object,the author goes through the way which consults,collects the enterprise basic data,and analyses the company’s development present situation,the operation situation and existing problems,then uses the PEST and Porter’s five force model analyzing the macro and industry environment,the enterprise internal resources and the capabilities.Next,uses SWOT analysis framework to find the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of A commercialconcrete company.According to the analysis results,the strategy matching of A company is carried out,it’s ST strategy--diversification development strategy,which is suitable for A commodity concrete company.The ST strategy of A company is "one master and two pairs" and "Backward integration",and active development of new market strategy.Finally,Combined with the actual situation of A company,the corresponding strategy implementation countermeasures are put forward.
