Research On The Countermeasure Of Increasing The Normal Rate Of Flights In Kunming Changshui International Airport

With the rapid growth of China’s national income,the public’s pursuit of quality life is getting higher and higher.Traveling by plane has become the first choice for most people,so China Civil Aviation quickly entered the fast lane of development.Due to the rapid increase in the number of civil aviation flights,the airport ’s ground support capacity is saturated,airspace resources are tight,and severe weather frequently overlaps,resulting in irregular flights from time to time.At the same time,the group incidents of passengers caused by the irregular handling mechanism of airport flights are constantly fermenting in public opinion,and the normal flight has gradually become the focus of public attention.Therefore,improving the regularity of flights has become the most important goal of the airport every year.This article is based on total quality management theory,on the basis of collecting historical data of flight regularity rate of Kunming Changshui International Airport,using scientific research methods,combined with operational management features,Starting from all aspects of normal flight protection,A comprehensive analysis of the impact of severe weather,military activities,flight planning,flight backup capacity,flight space resources,terminal capacity,airport navigation facilities and the operation and coordination mechanism of the Transportation Management Committee on the normal rate of flights.This article puts forward a series of feasible countermeasures to enhance the normal operation of the flight,strengthen the coordination of external operations,scientifically arrange flight plans,improve the functions of the platform of the Transportation Management Committee,and improve the implementation of airport hardware.The innovative research in this paper is mainly reflected in the optimization of the airport ground operation mode.By implementing the aircraft ground co-directional parking,the aircraft ground taxi time is greatly shortened.This article provides a reference for the improvement of the flight regularity rate of Kunming Changshui International Airport in the future.
