The single-loop planetary transmission system belonged to Closed planetary transmission system can transmit large torque or achieve large transmission ratio under high efficiency because of its compact structure.Some peculiar structure of the single-loop planetary transmission systems can also achieve the transmission ratio feedback or accuracy correction.So it begins to be used more widely in modern mechanical systems and becomes an important research area of modern transmission theory.This thesis established the model of the single-loop planetary transmission system using the bond graph theory,then analyzed the results and experimented it on testbed.It mainly studied to establish the bond graph model of planetary gear system and the energy dissipation elements model in the single-loop system utilizing bond graph theory.Considering the energy dissipation,to establish the single-loop planetary gear system dynamics model using bond graph,and compared the simulation results and results of experimental research.Firstly,depending on the principle of combined connection of the single-loop system,the relationship of rotation speed and torque of each component was analyzed,and then the power relationship and the method of determining the power flow type were obtained.Secondly,from the motion relationship of NGW planetary gear train,it established the bond graph model of four kinds of 2KH planetary gear system model and the fixed axis gear trains model.Moreover the main energy dissipation elements,such as friction,stiffness,damping,transmission error and bearing,which may appear in the single loop system,were established by bond graph theory.Then considering the principle of the single loop system combined connection,the whole bond graph model of the single-loop system was built.Furthermore,through the state equation which obtained from the bond graph model of the fixed axis gear train,2K-H type planetary gear trains and single-loop system,this article analyzed the speed,torque,power,efficiency of them and the calculation example also was given.The model of two typical single-loop systems were established in the simulation software 20sim and the simulation results showed the possibility and rationality of using the bond graph to study the single-loop system by comparing with the theoretical results.Finally,using the experiment platform of the single-loop gear trains to experiment and comparing experimental results with the simulation results which obtained from bond graph model in 20sim which was bulit using the modeling method discussed in the paper.This thesis testified the rationality and feasibility of using bond graph theory to analyze and research the single-loop planetary transmission system.
