With the rapid development of dispersed wind power,requiring the distribution network to take the initiative to fully accommodation the clean energy,through the controllable distributed power supply to optimize the operation of the network trend management,so that the distributed generation supply system support role.However,most of the distributed generation output power fluctuations and gaps to the safe operation of the grid had brought serious challenges.The improvement of energy utilization has also been a good solution.Therefore,how to ensure the safe and stable operation of the distribution network,is of great value and significance.Firstly,the influence of dispersed wind power access network and the control idea of optimal operation were researched in this paper.Second,aiming at the problem of reactive power coordination in the system after receiving the distribution network,and the superiority of the comprehensive optimization method was demonstrated.Third,the optimal operation model of distribution network was established under the premise of minimizing the deviation of high permeability and voltage.Meanwhile,taking into account the reactive power regulation capability of the wind turbine,the harmony search algorithm is used to solve the active and reactive power of the wind farm at all times to realize the optimal operation of the distribution network under the high wind penetration.Based on the typical distribution system,the results show that the optimal model and its algorithm can achieve maximum wind energy consumption under the premise of satisfying various constraints.Finally,engineering case simulation shows that the optimal scheduling strategy of distribution network is correct and effective to give day ahead optimal dispatch of distribution network.
