With the distributed wind power access to the distribution network,it will be a usually state that the wind farm operate in high penetration.The distributed wind power can improve power quality,but lead to disconnection of distributed wind power due to over voltage.Therefore,the research of voltage security at high penetration wind power and the efficient consumptive wind power has very important value of basic meaning and project application.This paper,firstly,from the wind power output fluctuation and distribution network load changes to analysis the over voltage caused by wind power distributed access to grid.Propose the most active power grid-connected control strategy which takes the reactive ability of DFIG wind farm and constraints of operation under concern.Established simulation system model in DIgSILENT software,under different conditions,a large number of tests on most active power grid-connected control strategy has been done.The results show that this control strategy operation well under constraints,efficient utilization wind energy.At present the strategy has used in Huaneng Langergou wind farm connected to Yulin 10kV grid.This paper analysis wind power penetration power limit and short-circuit capacity ratio based on the definition and application.Then,the concept of wind power real-time penetration is presented.In order to achieve the biggest wind power real-time penetration,the harmonic search algorithm is solved for the active and reactive power of the wind farm.Verification of distribution network with IEEE33 nodes,it is indicated that the method can satisfy the requirements especially the voltage quality of the distribution network,used the ability of DFIG wind farm to efficient utilization wind energy.
