The teaching model of flipped classroom reverses the teaching and learning process in traditional classroom,that is,the teachers provide self-study task list and learning resources to the students to complete learning tasks independently before class,and then focus on explaining the key and difficult knowledge,conduct cooperative research and communication with the students in class while the students conduct reflection and consolidate knowledge after class to further deepen the understanding and application of the knowledge that have learnt.This model provides idea and reference for higher vocational colleges to change their current teaching statuses and conduct curriculum reform.This paper conducts research on the application of flipped classroom in the Organization of High-Speed Train Operation of Liuzhou Railway Vocational Technical College,which is composed of five parts.Part I is introduction,expounds the research background,purpose and significance,combs the current research statuses at home and abroad,introduces the research contents and methods,research emphases,difficulties and innovations.Part II is the basic concepts and theoretical foundation,defines the flipped classroom,teaching model and the course Organization of High-Speed Train Operation,expounds related theories such as constructivism learning theory and hybrid Learning theory.Part III is the survey on the current course teaching status,introduces the basic survey situation,analyzes theexisting problems and causes,expounds the necessity and possibility of flipped classroom teaching.Part IV is the practical application of flipped classroom teaching,introduces the teaching model of flipped classroom in the course Organization of High-Speed Train Operation,presents the teaching process based on the teaching example “G-series high-speed train”,evaluates the implementation effect of flipped classroom and conduct teaching reflection.Part V is the research summary and prospect,retrospects the whole research process. |
