| In order to achieve the goal of " Made in China 2025",it breaks the traditional classroom teaching at the moment of the high speed development of education information,and trains students’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity to realize the effective cultivation of high skilled personnel.Therefore,it is of great significance and practical value to explore the practice and application of mechanic specialty combined with flipped classroom in technician college.In this paper,a comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and experimental research methods will be used to introduce the flipping classroom model into the mechanics specialty teaching in the college of mechanics,and in the reverse classroom,On the basis of the analysis of the basic concepts such as micro-class and the characteristics of mechanical course construction in technician college,first of all,combining with the teaching characteristics of mechanical specialty in technician college,In order to construct the mode of micro-class teaching in mechanical specialty of technician college,the author designs the process of micro-lesson making: micro-course selection,micro-lesson design,micro-lesson recording and micro-lesson release.The micro-course leads to the realization of the goal of flipping classroom teaching,and designs the micro-lesson making process.This paper presents the basic course of calculating the gear transmission ratio class cases and two adjacent sides of the inner corner of the processing professional integration of the curriculum case.The advantage of micro-lesson in flipping classroom is put forward to improve teachers’ ability and students’ ability.Secondly,the practice of flipping classroom teaching mode is carried out with the two classes of students of mechanics major in the technician college taught by the author.From the aspects of defining the teaching goal,mastering the learning situation and preparingfor the micro-class,the author constructs the network learning platform before class,respectively,after preparing for the implementation of the flipping classroom.This paper introduces the teaching practice of flipping classroom from three aspects:answering questions and reviewing and consolidating after class.Finally,the author carries out the practice of flipping classroom teaching.Evaluation,from the performance evaluation and classroom teaching evaluation of two aspects.The evaluation results show that the implementation of flipping classroom teaching is beneficial to improve the academic achievement and classroom quality of mechanical students in technician college.Therefore,this paper argues that in the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching mode of mechanical professional technician Institute is necessary and feasible.According to the teaching characteristics of mechanical engineering technician Institute,construct appropriate flip classroom teaching mode,scientific design,help students solve mechanical technician college curriculum review boring content,single form,lack of personality problems to improve.The students’ learning autonomy,improve the overall learning effect and guidance differences on students. |
