| It is a great guidance and reference significance for long-term data storage and query in real-time data of nuclear power plant,and historical data of nuclear power plant operation optimization and fault reason analysis,Nowadays historical data query of nuclear power plants is very dependent on data acquisition system of the scene from different manufacturers,the ability of these system store historical data is very limited,and external interface is not standardized,which increase the difficulty to query data for the user of production line,so it is not conducive to make production management,maintenance management,equipment management of nuclear power plant.In order to improve the ability of storing and collecting the data,the nuclear power plant need establish a unified industrial data system.According to the actual needs of the nuclear power plant,this thesis puts forward a kind of industrial data system based on PI database after serious survey and demand analysis.The main contents of this thesis are shown as follows.1.through research the real-time database applications of the domestic and foreign real-time database manufacturers and domestic thermal power plant,nuclear power plant decided to use advanced PI real-time and history database to construct this system,using the advanced data compression algorithm to achieve the efficient and reliable storage data of nuclear power plant.2.based on collecting the data from the field data of KIT system of unit 1 to unit 4,need develope the data interface DCS distributed control system of unit 5 and unit 6,to realize collecte the data from six units to the unified data platform.3.combining with the power of secondary protection provisions,design the functional and architecture of DCS system’s data interface.data acquisition interface for DCS system consists of the front interface machine,an isolation device and a rear interface machine,in the front and the rear interface machine,by setting the data acquisition module,data cache module,data receiving and transmitting module,the data acquisition interface achieves the function which need read data from XU server and write data to PI database server.4.use the open secondary development tool of PI database,provide condition screen monitor,trend curve analysis,real-time and historical data query,monitor log,define data alarm,manual entry,data report form configuration and generation,user permissions maintenance and other functions by B/S mode through PI-ActiveView and other tool software.This thesis is based on the actual demand of nuclear power plant,selects appropriate real-time database products to build the industrial data system of a nuclear power plant,provides solutions for the practical problems,and detailed illustrates its technical realization.this system improves the safety,reliability and economy of nuclear power plant. |
