| With electronization,digitalization and network-spreading of information,the influence of information is being enhanced,which is bringing profound changes globally.As one of the national pillar industries,the average profit rate of the construction industry is only 50%-60% of the manufacturing industry,while the application of information technology can save a lot of labor costs and improve the quality of project.Compared with other types of enterprises,the informatization of Chinese construction enterprises started late and enterprises with various construction qualifications have different informatization requirements.Due to the lack of classification standards of informatization level,enterprises cannot locate themselves in the proepr informatization level,and some of them unilaterally pursue advanced technology so that the actual result well below expectations.How to evaluate the informatization level of construction enterprises scientifically and promote the development of informatization has become an urgent problem.In this paper,the concept of "maturity" is introduced to describe the informatization stage of construction enterprises.By summarizing and reviewing the related literature of enterprise informatization evaluation and informatization maturity,the cloud model has been determined to use in the maturity evaluation of construction enterprises informatization.Firstly,under comparing the five informatization maturity models,the capability maturity model with strong practicality is taken as the reference for the informatization maturity model of construction enterprises.Based on the connotation and development history of enterprise informatization,this paper builds the capability maturity model of construction enterprises preliminarily.Secondly,according to <Evaluation Criteria for Informatization of Construction Enterprises> published by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2012 and other scholars’ research results,combined with the established model,on the basis of different opinion from experts and 20 enterprises research,the maturity evaluation indicators are selected and the corresponding weights has been confirmed with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy evaluation method,so as to establish the informatization maturity evaluation index system.Thirdly,with the basic principle of the cloud model,by comparing the standard cloud and the comprehensive cloud,the enterprise informatization level is visually displayed in the form of cloud map,and the evaluation model of informatization maturity of construction enterprises is constructed.Finally,this paper applied the model to the informatization evaluation of BH LTD.so that we can know the maturity level of it and put forward specific suggestions for its informatization development.Furthermore,the informatization level of BH LTD.is re-evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method to verify the correctness of the cloud model.In this paper,the cloud model is applied to evaluate the informatization maturity.As one method of the transformation between the qualitative concept and the quantitative description,this model can more intuitively interpret the uncertain concept of informatization maturity with the form of cloud map scatter.In addition,the construction enterprise informatization maturity evaluation model can help enterprises locate the current informatization stage,point out the direction of informatization construction,avoid the phenomenon of informatization blingdly,so as to improve the development of enterprise informatization,enhance the enterprise project quality and comprehensive management capabilities. |
