In recent years, because the subway transport in modern urban traffic is increasingly important, the city's demand for subway is also increasing. At the same time, the frequency of accidents in the process of subway construction is mounting.Especially during the construction of subway civil engineering, the occurrence of these accidents has brought great losses to the social economy.Subway construction enterprises has obviously become a subway construction safety accident in the direct participation and commitment. In order to effectively eliminate or reduce the probability of occurrence of safety accidents, subway construction of civil construction enterprises need to implement the construction process of strict and effective safety management measures. Therefore, the enterprise's safety management ability affects the probability of occurrence of safety accidents in the construction process to a certain extent. The level of enterprise safety management and how to enhance the management of enterprises in the safety management capacity are crucial to the entire subway construction safety. In order to help enterprises find the weak links of their own safety management and put forward the improvement measures, firstly,it is needed to objectively and accurately determine the status of enterprise safety management. And then according to the level of enterprise safety management,if there are problems found in enterprises, measures must be taken for further improvement.Based on the statistical analysis of the safety accidents in the construction process of the subway, combining with the theory of safety management and the principle of enterprise safety management, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the safety management of the construction process of the subway. This paper combines the maturity model with the safety management of the subway construction enterprises. In accordance with the relevant legal norms of subway construction, enterprises should establish the model of safety management maturity of construction enterprises and the evaluation index system of safety management maturity from the aspects of safety organization management, safety production, equipment management technology, safety resource investment and enterprise safety culture construction. The index system includes the target layer,4 primary indicators as the standard level,11 secondary indicators as the program layer and 27 three-level indicators, which reflect the level of enterprise safety management from different levels.Through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to determine the weight of the index, enterprises adopt the gray fuzzy theory to comprehensively evaluate enterprises safety management maturity level of subway civil engineering construction. Finally, through the analysis of the results of the evaluation, enterprises safety management problems can be found.By the priority to improve the order, enterprises are able to enhance their own safety management maturity level.Based on the gray fuzzy theory, the safety management level of a construction project of a ZT subway civil construction enterprise is determined according to the established safety management maturity evaluation system of subway construction.the weak links in the security management have been found.According to the weight of each index and the score gives the enterprise safety management priority to improve the order,D area is given priority to improve the indicators. In addition, indicators within the C area are improved. Finally,C area and D area indicators are improved in turn, providing the basis for enterprises to continuously improve the safety management capabilities.
