In recent years,with the rapid growth of the economic volume of my country’s construction industry,various problems have gradually become prominent,such as insufficient employees,low production efficiency in the construction industry,low level of science and technology,waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.The model can no longer meet the needs of industry development.In order to solve this problem and promote the transformation and development of the construction industry,the country has been promoting the development of prefabricated buildings in terms of digitization and informatization,but from a practical point of view,the proportion of building informatization in my country is only 0.1% of the total output value.Many contradictions and practical problems make the level of building informatization in our country not significant.Based on this,this paper proposes the construction of an evaluation model for the informatization maturity of prefabricated building projects,finds the difficulties in applying information technology to prefabricated buildings,and proposes corresponding countermeasures Suggestions,and provide evaluation standards for the development of prefabricated building informatization in my country,so as to form a virtuous circle and promote the development of prefabricated building informatization in China.In this paper,the design,production,transportation,construction and assembly stages of the prefabricated building project are covered by each link and each element as the research scope,and the capability maturity model is introduced.The informatization maturity level of modern construction projects is divided into four levels: initial level,development level,standard level,and continuous optimization level.At the same time,through the analysis of literature and industry data,the design informatization,production and transportation informatization,construction and assembly information are determined.There are 7 key process areas,including 7key process areas,including human resource and machine management informatization,environmental management informatization,business management informatization,and engineering collaborative management informatization,as well as 46 key practices.on the basis of key process areas and key practices,the evaluation index system of informatization maturity of prefabricated building projects is determined through expert interviews and questionnaires.The system includes 7 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators.The comprehensive weight method of G1 method and entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index,and the cloud model is introduced into the matter-element analysis,and the information maturity evaluation model of the prefabricated building project based on the cloud-matter-element model is established.In this paper,the information maturity evaluation model of prefabricated building projects is applied to the Nanjing Yangtze River International Conference Center project,and it is rated as "standard level" and has a great trend of development to "continuous optimization level",which confirms that this paper The feasibility and practicality of the constructed evaluation model.Finally,according to the research of this paper and the analysis of the case,some suggestions for the development of prefabricated building informatization in my country are put forward.
