Research On The Establishment Financial Shared Service Center Of SD Group

With the continuous expansion of construction enterprises’ business areas and the development of multi-business,the financial management is becoming more and more complicated.Problems have arisen,such as high financial cost,low efficiency of financial management,poor quality of financial information and high financial risk,etc.So,the existing decentralized financial management model is difficult to meet the needs of grouping development,and the financial shared service becomes imperative.This paper takes SD Group FSSC as an example,by adopting the methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative research,theoretical/practical analysis.Firstly,it introduces the related concepts,theories and methods of Financial Sharing.Then this paper introduces the overall situation and financial management information of the company,and analyzes the existing problems of the company’s financial management and the feasibility/necessity of establishing an FSSC.Thirdly,this paper proposes a solution on the establishment of an FSSC based on the business model,organization chart and the IT level of the company.Finally,this paper summarizes the article and forecasts the development direction of FSSC in China.The design and implementation of SD Group FSSC is highly unified with the company’s strategy and deeply integrated with the company’s business.It could be used for reference by other construction groups,and also provides a classical case for researching FSSC of construction companies in China.
