Research On Energy-saving Operation Management Of Central Air-conditioning System In Large Public Buildings In Mild Area

In recent years,the scale and intensity of energy consumption of public buildings have continued to grow,especially the proportion of energy consumption in large-scale public buildings has increased.The main uncertain factor that determines the energy intensity of large public buildings in temperate zone is the energy consumption of air-conditioning.The temperate zone has a mild climate throughout the year.Although the demand for air-conditioning is smaller than other zones,the energy-saving operation and management mode of central air-conditioning in large public buildings in the temperate zone is simple and extensive,resulting in lower energy efficiency of the air-conditioning system.This article collates the current literature on energy-saving operation management and energy efficiency evaluation of central air-conditioning systems,expounds the main concepts and related theories of energy-saving management of air-conditioning systems,analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of large public buildings in temperate zone(mainly Yunnan),and investigates the current status of energy-saving operation and management of central air-conditioning systems in 10 large public buildings in Kunming and Qujing,pointed out the existing problems,used literature data analysis and optimization method and cluster analysis method,selected the air-conditioning system energy-saving operation management level evaluation indicators,and adopted the analytic hierarchy process.Determine the index weight,establish a comprehensive evaluation system for air-conditioning energy-saving operation management,and then use this system to evaluate the energy-saving operation management of a large public building central air-conditioning system in Kunming,and draw a conclusion that the evaluation result is "pass".Finally,suggestions for energy-saving operation management of central air-conditioning systems in large public buildings in temperate zone are given.The research in this paper has perfected the energy-saving management system of the central air-conditioning system in the temperate zone,which is helpful to the development of building energy-saving work in this zone,and can provide a practical method for the realization of the energy-saving goal of the central air-conditioning system of large public buildings in this zone from the perspective of operation and management.
